Scholarship
*Amount of Award: $250 - $500
Eligibility
- Minority students majoring in Elementary
Education with a specialization in Reading/Language Arts who have completed
at least 9 semester hours with a GPA of 3.0;
- Must be in good academic standing and enrolled
in at least 6 credit hours
- Recipients will be required to volunteer at
least two nights during the Alumni Phonathon.
Applications are accepted May 15 through July 31
- Candidates must submit letter of application
to the chair of Division of Education stating qualifications for
consideration.
- Chair selects the winner.
- Office of Alumni Relations coordinates the
selection process.
