This smart highrise was home for Chicago's Cinecenter until it closed
mid-June 1993. Cinecenter was THE post production center for feature
films shooting in the Chicago area for many years, providing editing
rooms and equipment, sound transfer services and dailies screening
facilities. The three screening rooms were also kept very busy with
special previews and critic's screenings. Cinecenter was proud to be
Siskel & Ebert's primary venue for previewing the many films they review.
Cinecenter's walls were decorated with framed posters for the films for
which it provided post-production services.
