Anna will lead a panel discussion: "How to get the gigs where you want to Vacation". WHO MAY ATTEND? Anyone who is a current Folk Alliance Member is welcome. Also welcome are musicians and presenters from the region who are not currently FA members, but are curious about what FA is about, and want to make more musical contacts. WHAT HAPPENS? FARM works to foster cooperation between performers, promoters, and fans of folk music. There is a non-juried performance lane where all registered participants may play a song for their peers. There are panels of mostly Midwestern presenters dealing with topics of interest to both beginning and experienced performers and presenters. And there is jamming, song swapping, old friends and new, and not enough sleep to go around... www.FarmFolk.org NOVEMBER, 2004 Mon, Nov 1, 7-8:45pm, Sing Around the Library, Blue Island Public Library.
